- Take breaks from sitting every 45-60 minutes
- Keep center of computer screen at eye level and directly in front of you
- Keep hips, elbows, knees at 90 degree angle
- Keep lumbar curve active and/or supported
- Take time to stretch
- Use headset when on phone
- Work efficiently to minimize time in chair
- Bring healthy, portioned snacks
- Drink lots of water (1/2 of body weight in ounces per day)
- Be creative with your work environment by taking work outside of the cubicle
