Our care provides the essential foundation for health and wellness, but it is not always a solution on its own. Positive lifestyle changes serve to maximize the results of care and are essential to you getting well and functioning optimally. You will be provided with tools to make beneficial changes, but the onus is on you to follow through.

Anthropologically, we are designed to spend a good chunk of our daily lives doing activities we enjoy.  Besides being fun and socially rewarding, play offers biochemical benefits of endorphins released in our bloodstream, to help balance our brain chemistry to counteract other stress in our lives.
